A 30-minute video call with a DigitalThinker team member. We'll tell you about us, and we want to hear about you. This is a two-way conversation.
30 minutes
A structured 75–90 minute conversation with 3–4 team members. Expect behavioral questions in STAR format and a short real-world problem-solving exercise. No trick questions — we want honest, specific stories.
75–90 minutes
Present for 15 minutes on anything you are genuinely passionate about — a hobby, a cause, an idea, a field of study. There is no right topic. We are evaluating your ability to communicate and your authentic enthusiasm, not your subject matter.
